It successfully trial-produced samples that year and became a major project in Jiangsu Province. The flexible folding screen glass substrate is the core substrate for the production of fully flexible displays and fully flexible sensors. 


In the future, it will gradually be used in various smart fields such as smart life, smart wear, smart travel, smart education, and smart office.The first phase of the project, with an investment of RMB3.7 billion, plans to build 16 new flexible folding screen glass substrate standard production lines. It is expected that the project will be completed and officially put into operation in October 2022. 


After the completion of the overall project, it is expected to produce 50 million flexible folding screen glass substrates per year, with an annual output value of 10 billion yuan. It will become one of the world's largest flexible folding screen glass substrate R&D and manufacturing bases.


      


Summary: The customer of this project fully adopted Jeidar RP-N 200KVA online 6-pulse rectifier and 500KVA online 12-pulse rectifier Low Frequency Industrial Grade True Online Double Conversion UPS in the production line of the factory, and paralleled all the UPS on site. 


During several rounds of communication with customers before sales, we learned that the customer’s on-site load situation is a rotor motor, and a variable-frequency start-up equipment is added. There is a high probability that higher harmonics will be generated when the equipment is started, which will cause great damage to the output part of the UPS influence. At the same time, the on-site load is large, and a single UPS cannot drive the overall load. 


Therefore, it is necessary to strictly check the synchronization of parallel expansion products. After considering the actual situation of the customer, Kotohira team responded quickly and sent additional after-sales customer service installation and commissioning personnel to the site for overall assistance, and coordinated with electricians and high-altitude special operations personnel to complete the work.
