Kotohira system is happily annouced that we signed a contract between Kotohira System (株式会社ことひら システム) and Shenzhen Jeidar Electronics Co., Ltd. from Japan that Kotohira System will become the sub-division and subsidiary of Shenzhen Jeidar Electronics. We do hereby authorize Shenzhen Jeidar Electronics Co., Ltd. to use logo of Kotohira System to manufacture, submit a bid, and subsequently negotiate and sign the contract with you against all global businesses except Japan Inland. Kotohira System (株式会社ことひら システム) International business will become subsidiary of Shenzhen Jeidar Electronics. Co., Ltd.
